WORKSHOPS + RETREATS
Workshops and retreats are an opportunity to meaningfully connect, design the future, or skill-build. Whether it's navigating transitions, cultivating self-awareness, team building, designing a mission or brand, or building better relationships, group coaching is a transformative experience. Group coaching can be structured as a professional workshop, a retreat, or a virtual event.
As a certified relationship coach, I also coach small groups to improve dynamics, communication, and relationships. We can have an intimate conversation to transform your group. Get in touch to start custom designing your next event or conversation.

WHAT ATTENDEES ARE SAYING
THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF INSPIRATION AND TACTICAL SKILL
Brandy ran an amazing and thoughtful workshop for the Haas Women in Leadership club and it was one of the best workshops I have ever attended! Because of Brandy's deep knowledge of professional coaching and experience, she was able to deliver the perfect combination of inspiration and tactical skill development. She was also prepared with additional research on current topics, anticipating multiple questions from the group!
Not only did she share relevant and insightful content, she also delivered it in a way that was interactive and easy to absorb. After walking us through guidelines around personal brand establishment, we were paired into breakout rooms to apply our learnings straightaway. I learned even more through this interaction and sharing our paired learnings in a broader group afterwards. I took away several learnings that were key to establishing my personal brand in my summer internship - wouldn't have been able to step into my role as confidently without Brandy's workshop!

WORKSHOP + RETREAT INSPIRATION
Burnout Prevention: Time and Task Management, Boundaries, and Habits
Burnout is a choice. A radical idea, I know. Employees, employers, and self-employed folks can all benefit from behaviors that prevent burnout. It begins with the way we design our days - do we keep morning and evening margins that allow for wellness? We'll also explore boundaries - how to have conversations with colleagues about capacity, saying yes to those tasks that allow you to make your highest point of contribution, and helping define timelines that allow you to create your best work. We'll touch on concepts from NYTimes Bestseller, Atomic Habits by James Clear, Deep Work by Cal Newport, and methods for task management.
Inspiring Confidence: Untethering Worth and Performance
One thing many of my clients seek is greater confidence. We want to feel confident in our choices, confident in our unique offering, and we want to project confidence at work and elsewhere. We get in our own way when we fixate on our performance and, ironically, this pressure reduces our capacity to perform. Often times the reason performance feels so essential is because we attach our identify, our self-worth to success. One solution? Untethering performance and performance. Through a series of guided exercises, we'll encourage this shift, reduce anxiety, and boost confidence.
Making an Impression: Defining Your Value Proposition
What is your value proposition? Think of it as the takeaway you want your employer, potential employer, or client to have about you. When you leave the room after an interview or pitch, what do you want the others to be saying about you? By considering what you want the takeaway to be, you can help form that impression. This is intuitive, yet a frequently missed opportunity. Together, we'll walk through the three steps to define your personal brand, and explore how to share it with others.
A CULTURE OF TRUST
Culture Shift: Building Trust-Filled Relationships
Communication is at the core of every relationship. It is the glue that holds teams together, the means of building culture, and is essential to thriving both for individuals and groups. Together, we will build better relationships. Want to help individual members cultivate healthier styles of communication? Want to better understand your group dynamic and help cultivate trust-filled relationships? We can design this workshop to meet the specific needs of your group.
Becoming Essentialist: Investing in What Matters
Ready to define for your organization and for each individual what is essential? Help create clarity that leads to being more efficient and effective. From Greg McKeown's Essentialism: “Essentialism is not about how to get more things done; it’s about how to get the right things done. It doesn’t mean just doing less for the sake of less either. It is about making the wisest possible investment of your time and energy in order to operate at our highest point of contribution by doing only what is essential.”
PARENTS IN TRANSITION
Parents In Transition: Getting To Thriving
Parenting is hard. This workshop explores how we can support parents who are new to parenthood, new to their roles, transitioning back to work after time away, or parents just wanting to find a better balance. So often small changes can make all the difference in supporting a parent's capacity to thrive and perform at work - we'll consider how to prototype these changes to discover what works. As parents, we're constantly learning and evolving. How we interact with our work must evolve, too.
Design Your Life: The Four Steps of Life Design
We will explore four steps to Life Design: (1) Understand your design; (2) Get clear about your vision; (3) Identify and challenge internal obstacles; (4) Identify and overcome external obstacles. By the end of this gathering, the hope is that each person has actionable steps they can take to live a life more aligned to their innate design, values, and priorities. Great for a professional workshop or retreat.
Career Transition Essentials
In this discussion, we’ll explore how to navigate a career transition leveraging the four steps to Life Design. Together, we'll build a rubric to help you map your career options against your design and priorities. Participants will walk away with tools, increased clarity, and a greater confidence in their ability to transition. Great for those eager for a transition, feeling stuck or disengaged at work, or returning to work after time away.
VISION AND MOTIVATION
Motivation Boost: A Clear Vision
In this retreat, we focus in on the second step of Life Design: getting clear about your vision, with an eye towards boosting the desire to take action. If you have changes you want to make in your personal or professional life but haven't had the capacity or motivation to make those changes, it might be that your vision isn't clear enough to be actionable. Together, we'll get explore how to define your vision so you can take action with confidence and enthusiasm.
All workshops are curated with your needs and your group in mind. I hope the ideas above are helpful inspiration, but we can get creative to pull from the concepts above, or to build something entirely new.
